Repair Welder
Borusan Berg Pipe is one of the leading manufacturers of large-diameter steel line pipe in North America. We are a mid-sized manufacturer with three U. S. locations specializing in pipe production for the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a full-time repair welder for our Panama City, Florida location.
Compensation & Benefits
$30.72 per hour
Anniversary % rate increases at 1 year up to 8 years
Shift differential % for evening shifts
Weekly incentive % bonuses for meeting production and safety targets
Premium pay when work offered on Sunday or holidays

Primary Duties
Locate defective welds, remove defect and properly repair and grind to original shape
Perform visual OD and ID inspection of pipe
Perform burn-off tasks as needed to maintain production rate
Maintain required certifications
Provide assistance to other production areas
Education & Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Successfully complete practical skills assessment (Required)
Heavy industrial manufacturing experience (Preferred)
Must be able to work rotating schedules, which may include nights and weekends, and work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
