Senior Electrical Assembling Technician Temporary Only

The Senior Electrical Assembling Technician will inspect and repair work for companys directional module package and/or similar products for the oil & gas industries for the Houston Repair Center.
Major responsibilities include visual inspection of units returned for repair against NCR, repair work consisting of removing RTV adhesives, replacing damaged parts, soldering with HMP and PB86 solder, inspection of work performed, data entry of defect information, visual outgoing inspection of repaired units, and training of new repair technicians.
Duties and responsibilities include general electrical repair work, data entry of defect information, visual inspection of units, and other administrative duties including training others.
Core competencies include general computer skills for data entry using Microsoft applications, soldering experience, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Qualification requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior IPC certification preferred, a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience for HMP and or PB86 soldering, preferably in the oil and gas industry, and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
