As a Production Associate, you will be essential in the hands-on processing of food products. You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient operations and product quality. What You'll Do: As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for: Setting up and operating all equipment required in packaging raw materials. Regulating machine flow and speed based on specific production needs. Loading materials and products into packaging equipment accurately. Recording product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Monitoring the production line to identify and troubleshoot potential issues. What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: The ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs without assistance. Strong stamina to be on your feet throughout the shift with constant walking. A commitment to maintaining an organized and safe environment while contributing to efficient food product processing.
