Urgently hiring in Eugene! Job Title: Entry Level Quality Inspector Pay: $17.00/hr Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am Start Date: ASAP Looking for a hands-on role with opportunities for career growth? As a Quality Inspector, you'll contribute to ensuring the highest product quality by performing detailed inspections, supporting production, and maintaining safety standards. What You'll Do As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Conducting in-process inspections to verify compliance with customer and company quality standards.
Performing audits on boxes, auxiliary equipment, packaging, and labels to ensure adherence to specifications.
Ensuring correct label placement, proper palletization, and accurate documentation.
Collecting and recording data to track ongoing jobs and quality metrics.
Verifying the accuracy and placement of UPC and DECO labels.
Performing random 100% inspections on boxes to meet quality standards.
Identifying and segregating non-conforming products and materials for HOLD.
Documenting inspection results and quality data onto job travelers.
Assisting production and inspection teams with resolving quality issues and rework.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High School diploma or equivalent GED.
At least 3 months of experience in machine operation or a similar role (preferred).
Completion of in-house quality training programs or Box Inspection certification.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Safety training or familiarity with general safety protocols.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
