We are hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR and Regional runs. This is a Bi-Weekly fleet, perfect for drivers who want to maximize their miles and stay consistent on the road. We welcome both veterans and recent CDL graduates.
Compensation & Miles
Weekly Gross: $1,300
$1,600
Average Miles: 2,300
2,500+ per week (High mileage focus)
Bonuses: Weekly direct deposit + Safety and Performance incentives
Orientation: Fully paid orientation
Paid Training for New Drivers (0 Experience)
Finished your 120-hour CDL school? We pay you to learn the ropes during 35 weeks of one-on-one mentorship.

Drive late-model 20242025 Freightliners & Kenworth's ELD & Compliance: Professional training on logging and DOT rules
Solo Success: Supervised miles and full support before going solo
The Work & Equipment Home Time
Out for 12-14 days, followed by a full reset at home
Freight: Mostly No-Touch dry van freight
Efficiency: ~70% Drop & Hook
