Dynamic opportunity for a 2nd shift machine operator in Auburn! Urgently hiring Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator Pay: $17.50 per hour Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Start Date: ASAP Bonney Staffing has partnered with a reputable company who has developed solutions to improve peoples' lives all over the world. They are seeking a skilled individual who has operated and repaired a variety of machines in previous positions! The machine operator job in Auburn, Maine requires a person who will be comfortable operating industrial packaging equipment as well as being flexible to other duties as they arise. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, be reliable, and eager to collaborate with a team. This is a full time, 2nd shift position.
What You'll Do:
Operate a variety of industrial packaging machines safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
Perform routine troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment performance.
Load raw materials and oversee the packaging process to ensure quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area to promote a safe workplace.
Assist with equipment set-up and changeovers as needed for different production runs.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and improve workflows.
What You'll Bring:
1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment that demands attention to detail and reliability.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to company procedures.
