What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating manufacturing machinery, including industrial stitching or sewing equipment, with precision and care.
Loading materials and monitoring machine performance throughout production runs.
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
Assisting with basic troubleshooting of equipment and reporting issues promptly.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Stitching or sewing experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed.
Hiring Requirements Successful drug screening (9-panel UA, marijuana not tested). Background check (must have no theft, drug charges, or habitual offenses). Completion of onboarding process prior to start date. Signed confidentiality agreement before starting.
