Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support maintenance technicians on 3rd shift, ensuring efficient and safe operations
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated equipment
Prioritize and assign work orders to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including Process Safety Management (PSM)
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Train and develop team members, fostering a strong, accountable culture
Partner with production leadership to address maintenance needs and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience (preferred focus)
Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of PSM requirements and safety protocols
Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus
Experience in food or meat processing environments is preferred
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, overnight production setting
