As a Parts Finisher, you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards by inspecting, finishing, and cleaning parts. Your attention to detail and manual dexterity will help deliver polished, high-quality components. You'll work closely with the production team to meet daily goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. What You'll Do As a Parts Finisher, you will be responsible for: Inspecting, cleaning, and deburring manufactured parts according to specifications to ensure high-quality finish. Using various hand tools and equipment to remove machining marks, burrs, and rough edges. Handling materials safely, adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory standards. Maintaining a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Following detailed instructions and demonstrating mechanical aptitude and precision throughout your work. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Prior experience or background in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or related fields is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Ability to stand and perform manual tasks for an entire 8-hour shift.
