Working collaboratively with the production team, you'll help maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure produktion runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do As a Packaging & Finishing Laborer, you will be responsible for: Preparing parts for coating by masking components and plugging threaded holes to prevent overspray. Conducting visual and physical inspection of powder-coated parts to detect quality defects and ensure standards are met. Performing touch-up work or minor rework to maintain product quality. Wrapping, boxing, and palletizing finished products for shipment. Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and adhering to all safety guidelines at all times. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in production, packaging, or assembly is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for 8-10 hours comfortably.
