1st Shift Quality Auditor Location: Avilla, Indiana Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM
2:30 PM Pay: $19.74/hour (first 90 days) | $20.74/hour upon direct hire Position Overview Take the next step in your quality career with a hands-on auditing role that makes a real impact. What You'll Do
Perform in-process and final audits to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Review production processes and documentation for accuracy and compliance
Identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement, and communicate findings to production and leadership teams
Verify corrective actions are implemented and effective
Maintain detailed and accurate audit records and reports
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Previous quality auditing or inspection experience required
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
Comfort working with documentation, reports, and quality standards
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently when needed
