1st Shift Quality Inspector Location: Avilla Indiana Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM
2:30 PM Overtime 4am-6am prior to normal shift time Pay: $18.35/hour to start | $19.35/hour upon direct hire Position Overview Start your day early and play a key role in ensuring high-quality products leave the production floor. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for carefully examining parts during the manufacturing process, identifying defects, and working closely with production and engineering teams to improve quality and prevent future issues. What You'll Do
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Use visual inspection methods along with functional gauges and tools
Identify defects and communicate findings to production and engineering teams
Complete and maintain required documentation, including routings, process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material reports
Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy
