Location: Kendallville Indiana
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Overview
Pro Resources Staffing has partnered with a well known company in Kendallville Indiana We are currently seeking Heat Treat Loaders who are interested in growing with the company In this position you will be responsible for loading and unloading heat treat baskets and ensuring parts move efficiently through the process to meet quality and delivery standards
Key Responsibilities
Load parts to meet quality requirements in a timely manner to support production schedules
Operate a forklift to move parts in and out of workstations
Run production equipment such as shot blasters and tumblers training provided
Apply carbon stop off paint to parts training provided
Inspect and sort parts for defects such as soft spots or deformities
Separate parts by process and maintain accurate paperwork and tagging
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Forklift experience required or willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift move and handle parts throughout the shift
