Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Shift: Monday
Friday, 7:00 AM
3:00 PM (Overtime opportunities available during the week and weekends) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Position Overview: We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly team member for our 1st shift. This position focuses on assembling fuel line rails and small automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with consistency and accuracy. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in manufacturing while working with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Assemble fuel line rails and small automotive parts according to specifications Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high quality standards Handle small components with precision and attention to detail Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements Follow standardized work instructions and production guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Keep up with production pace in a fast-moving environment Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors Support team members and contribute to overall production goals Work Environment: Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and moving equipment Fast-paced assembly line work requiring focus and consistency Smoke-free facility (no smoking permitted anywhere on-site) Employees must remain on the premises for the duration of their shift; leaving the building or going to personal vehicles during breaks is not allowed Dress Code & Safety Requirements: The following are required at all times while on the production floor: Steel-toed shoes or boots Safety glasses Hearing protection Jeans with no rips, holes, or tears Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail, especially with small parts Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions throughout the shift Why Join Us?
