Travel Physical Therapist Assistant

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Michigan PTA license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience with restorative nursing programs, gait training, transfers, and use of common assistive devices preferred.
Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 day schedule with daytime hours and a 30-minute meal period.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift name: Days.
Shift hours: 08:3016:30.
Work days: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
Assignment length: 13 weeks.
Start: ASAP.
