Maintenance / Electrician Part Time

Maintenance / Electrician: Hours per week very flexible To install, maintain, alter, and repair electric wires and cables, power appliances, machinery, program bell systems, overhead circuits, underground conduits, and flood lighting. To install and maintain fire alarms, security systems, electrical power motors and generators. To maintain communication and signaling systems. To do related work as required. Performs plumbing work, installs and repairs sinks, toilets, pipes, faucets and sprinklers. Performs work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the school building. Repair and maintain hot water and steam boiler systems throughout the school buildings. Performs pneumatic work. Installs pneumatic systems, thermostats and heating units. Repair and maintain air compressors. Perform general carpentry work. Operate all snow removal equipment and remove snow from parking lots throughout the school system. Perform basic landscaping skills. Mowing grass, planting bushes, trimming trees and field marking. Performs painting. Install, maintain and repair all windows. Perform other duties as assigned.
