What You'll Do As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for: Precisely fitting steel components and executing welds using.045 dual shield wire in various positions to meet quality standards. Safely lifting and maneuvering materials weighing up to 60 lbs to support fabrication tasks. Operating fabrication machinery, including shears, ironworkers, drilling equipment, and cutting torches, to shape and prepare materials. Interpreting detailed blueprints and CAD drawings to accurately assemble components. Supporting the final stages of production by preparing assemblies for finishing, including potential field installations when required.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience range from entry-level to seasoned fabricators, with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding techniques across all positions. Practical knowledge of fabrication methods used in custom machinery production. Competency in handling various hand tools and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and work in a standing position for extended periods.
