urgently hiring Welders/Fabricators! Job Title: Welder/Fabricator Pay: $22.00
$28.00 per hour, DOE Shifts Available: Day Shift and Swing Shift Start Date: ASAP Looking for a high-quality welding role with steady hours and real long-term potential? Join a large industrial manufacturing team as a Welder/Fabricator, where your skills are in demand and your work directly supports major equipment builds. This is a hands-on, production-focused role ideal for experienced welders who want consistent work, strong pay, and the chance to grow in a stable environment. What You'll Do As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for: Performing MIG welding on steel components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and BOMs Fitting, aligning, and assembling metal components to specification Setting up and operating fabrication equipment including grinders, drill presses, and cutting tools Measuring and marking materials for cutting and forming Inspecting welds and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy Monitoring weld processes to prevent defects and ensure strong weld integrity Moving materials and parts using overhead cranes or forklifts Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience required Strong MIG welding skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Experience working with steel and heavy assemblies Familiarity with shop tools and fabrication equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Overhead crane or forklift experience a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and solid work ethic Why Join Us?
