Urgently Hiring Welders in Albany, OR! Job Title: Welder Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: Most positions offer 40+ hours per week; Day and Swing shifts available Start Date: ASAP Are you seeking a hands-on career opportunity with steady hours and room for growth? Join established and growing manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial companies as a Welder in Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, or Harrisburg, OR, and put your skills to work on meaningful, high-quality projects. As a Welder, you'll play a crucial role in fabricating, assembling, and finishing metal components and equipment. You'll collaborate closely with shop leads, fabricators, and production teams to support safe, efficient, and precise manufacturing operations. What You'll Do: As a Welder, you will be responsible for: Laying out, assembling, welding, and fabricating parts and machinery according to specifications. Performing MIG, TIG, and/or flux-core welding depending on project requirements. Operating shop equipment such as grinders, saws, presses, and fabrication tools. Assisting with Press Brake operations, including setting up parts, bending metal to specifications, and verifying measurements (training provided if needed). Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings. Inspecting finished welds and parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Performing additional duties as assigned to support production and team success. What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: A minimum of 1 year of welding experience or completion of a welding/fabrication program Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. The ability to meet productivity and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn additional fabrication skills, including Press Brake operation.
