$25.00 per hour, DOE Shifts Available: Day and Swing Shift Start Date: ASAP Looking for a steady, high-demand fabrication role with strong growth potential? Join a safety-focused manufacturing team as a Press Brake Operator, where precision and consistency are key to producing high-quality metal components. This is a hands-on role ideal for experienced operators who want reliable hours, competitive pay, and long-term opportunity in a fast-paced shop environment. What You'll Do As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for: Setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend and form metal components Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Installing and adjusting dies, tooling, and machine settings Measuring and verifying parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Loading metal sheets or materials and guiding them through the machine Monitoring machine performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency Inspecting finished parts to meet quality and tolerance standards Removing and staging completed parts for next production steps Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace Following all OSHA and company safety procedures What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Familiarity with press brake tooling and measuring instruments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the role Why Join Us?
