Production Labor Associate
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities

Direct hire opportunities with a great starting wage of $23.40/hr., scheduled increases and skills training plan.

Learn our safety and quality procedures.
Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
Training will be on day shift working 8.25 hours M-F, then transition to rotating schedule
Qualifications
Good positive attitude

Willingness to learn and apply what is learned
Work safely and help maintain a safe work environment
Hard working with a good work ethic
Ability to operate power equipment
Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork
Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to follow instructions
