Production Labor
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities
Production labor with a starting wage of $23.40/hr. Nights from 6:45pm-7am Monday-Thursday. Direct hire opportunities with scheduled increases and skills training plan. Full benefit package within 30 days, including medical, HSA, FSA, dental, vision, 401k with match, company paid life, short and long-term disability coverage. Career, training, and earnings growth opportunities. Retention bonuses: $250 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $750 after 9 months, $1000 after 12 months.

Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. Training will be on day shift working 8.25 hours M-F, then transition to rotating schedule.
