Carefully close presses using dual-hand safety controls to prevent accidents. Remove and inspect finished products for defects, maintaining high quality standards. Stack and stage parts onto pallets for shipment while keeping the work area organized and safe. Manage multiple presses to meet daily production targets efficiently. Keep the work station clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Perform accurate material and product counts to maintain inventory integrity. Work comfortably in a warm environment with a strong focus on safety procedures.
What You'll Bring: Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision. Strong commitment to safety procedures and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Reliability, excellent attendance, and a solid work ethic. Prior machine operation experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key. Familiarity with heavy equipment used in manufacturing is a plus.
