Picker Packer
Picker/Packer Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:00pm11:30pm Monday-Friday + Overtime 3pm-1:30am + Saturdays 12pm-8:30pm Pay: $17.75/hr The Pick/Pack Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of order fulfillment tasks. This includes material handling, selection, verification, labeling, staging, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Responsibilities: Select, identify, verify, package, label, and place products into shipping containers and/or load products for shipment. Compare picking/packing lists to customer documents to verify task accuracy. Recount product before shipment to ensure all orders are correct. Label and address products according to customer requirements. Ensure all products meet quality and accuracy standards before packing and shipping. Handle all products in accordance with customer and company procedures. Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and team members.
Requirements Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required RF scanner experience 6 months + Picking experience in a warehouse or distribution setting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Able to use a manual pallet jack Comfortable reaching above head and shoulders throughout the shift
