Production / Compounding Operator
We're hiring a Production / Compounding Operator for a hands-on manufacturing role. This is a great fit for someone with compounding or mixing experience who takes pride in precision, safety, and producing high-quality products.

Direct Hire / Full-Time
Job Duties
Pick and prepare raw materials according to batch tickets
Load materials into mixers and process ("cook") batches by specified time and formula
Monitor product quality, quantities, and production efficiency
Fill finished products from mixers into containers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Schedule
Night Shift 6:00 PM6:00AM
Pay
$21$26 per hour, DOE
Requirements
Previous experience picking raw materials and loading industrial mixers
Strong attention to detail when following batch instructions and timing
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Must be clean shaven to meet safety and equipment requirements
