Night Shift Press Room Hours: 2nd Shift 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Mon-Thur) Some weeks may require longer shifts Will return to regular 12 hour Shifts 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM in a couple of months Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic troubleshooting Follow written instructions and production procedures accurately Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with managers and team members Adhere to safety protocols and company policies Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills Detail-oriented with strong observation skills Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, measurements) Able to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Steel-toed boots required Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing setting Standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive tasks required Mandatory overtime may be scheduled based on production needs
