What You'll Be Doing:
Work with a teammate in a branded company truck
Visit homes and businesses to remove unwanted items
Communicate clearly with customers and provide friendly service
Lift and move items 75+ lbs safely throughout the day
Sort items for donation and recycling
Coordinate with dispatch to keep routes running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
21+ years old with a valid CA driver's license
Clean driving record for the past 3 years
Comfortable with physical labor and staying active
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Happy to Help mindset
Dependable and team-oriented
Can work at least one weekend day
Smartphone capable of downloading multiple apps
Former experience in warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.
