What You'll Be Doing:
Ride out with a teammate in a branded truck to serve customers around the community
Provide clear estimates, walk customers through our service, and close deals on-site
Safely lift, load, and haul away heavy items (up to 75 lbs)
Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Stay connected with dispatch for smooth routing and updates
Who Thrives in This Role:
Strong communicators who enjoy talking with people and selling value
Self-motivated individuals who like to stay active instead of sitting still
21+ with a valid CA driver's license and a clean driving record (3 years)
Reliable team players with a positive attitude
Available to work at least one weekend day
Working smartphone that can download multiple apps
Former experience in warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role
