2nd Shift Electronic Assembler Details:
Temporary position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Friday)
Assemble electronic components and subassemblies, including power supplies and routers, according to work instructions and schematics.
Perform electronic testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
Work with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components and equipment.
Perform soldering (through-hole and/or SMT) to IPC or company standards.
Operate within production flow lines, supporting team-based manufacturing processes.
Identify, troubleshoot, and correct assembly or component issues when possible.
Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout the assembly process.
Follow detailed work instructions for more complex and technical assemblies.
Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
2nd Shift Electronic Assembler Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Electronic Assembler, SMT Operator, or similar role preferred.
Hands-on experience with SMT components, soldering, and electronic testing.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
Experience assembling power supplies, routers, or similar electronic equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, flow-line environment.
Comfortable performing detailed and complex assembly tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical manufacturing environment.
