Paraprofessional - Elementary ERI Program
We are seeking a full-time paraprofessional to support students in our Elementary Emotional Regulation Impairment (ERI) program (Grades K - 4). The paraprofessional will assist the special education teacher in implementing individualized instruction, supporting students' social-emotional development, and maintaining a structured, supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities include supporting student learning, monitoring and assisting with behavior and emotional regulation, facilitating transitions and inclusion opportunities, and implementing behavior intervention plans under the direction of the teacher and related service providers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elementary-aged students and demonstrate patience, flexibility, and an understanding of social-emotional and behavioral needs.
