Kelly is looking for an Assembler Technician (Trainee, Level 1, 2 and 3) to work at a leading general aviation aircraft manufacturer in Hermantown/Duluth, MN. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00

$26.50 per hour, plus 12% weekend shift differential and eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus (eligibility guidelines apply).

What's a typical day as an Assembler Technician? You'll be:
Assembling, inspecting, and installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
Installing rivets, screws, bolts, and hardware using a variety of tools
Routing wires, cables, and tubing to specification
Mixing and applying adhesives, resins, and sealants per instructions
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, using personal protective equipment as required
Accurately documenting build instructions and reporting any defects
Troubleshooting systems and mentoring other technicians (senior levels)
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Hold a high school diploma or GED (required for all levels)
Are looking for an entry-level role (Trainee/Level 1 has no experience required; one year related experience is preferred)
Have two or more years' related manufacturing, automotive, aviation, or production experience (Level 2)
Have five or more years' related experience with a mentoring background (Level 3)
Approach work with attention to detail, reliability, integrity, and adaptability
Can read engineering blueprints and take precise measurements
Are familiar with basic hand and power tools and proper tool selection
Have experience in assembly, mechanical trades, carpentry, construction, plumbing, or military aircraft maintenance (preferred)
Enjoy self-development, effective communication, and working in a fast-paced environment
