Assembler Technician Opportunity

Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00
$26.50 per hour, depending on experience and level (plus 12% weekend shift differential for weekends)
Eligible applicants may also receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Shifts:
First Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM
4:30 PM (Overtime as required)
Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM
5:30 PM (12 hours/day, 12% differential; Overtime as required)
Weekend shift employees will train and work on a weekday schedule for 2-3 months before moving to weekends.

What's a typical day as an Assembler Technician? You'll be:
Assembling, inspecting, and installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure proper fit, clearance, and alignment.
Installing hardware including rivets, screws, and bolts using appropriate tools.
Routing wires, cables, and tubing; mixing and applying adhesives, resins, and sealants according to instructions.
Maintaining a clean, organized workstation and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (may include respirator).
Accurately documenting build instructions and any issues or defects encountered.
Troubleshooting systems (at senior levels) and mentoring other technicians (Level 3).
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or GED (required for all levels).
Are entry-level (no experience required for Trainee/Level 1; one year related experience preferred) or possess related experience in manufacturing, automotive, aviation, or mechanical trades (Level 2 and 3).
Are detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable, with a strong sense of teamwork and integrity.
Can read blueprints, measure precisely, and use basic tools safely and effectively.
Have experience in assembly, carpentry, construction, plumbing, or military aircraft maintenance (preferred but not required).
Demonstrate self-development, effective communication, and an action-oriented approach.
