Injection Mold Technician
We're hiring an Injection Mold Technician to support medical device production in a clean room environment. This role works hands-on with thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding and supports high-quality, regulated manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate thermoplastic and LSR molding machines
Perform daily mold maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Set up robotic EOAT and load correct robot programs
Configure hot runner/cold deck systems and process monitoring equipment
Record and monitor process data using ERP and IQMS SPC systems
Set up work cells per IQMS layouts
Inspect and properly store molds after production runs
Qualifications
1+ year experience with thermoplastic or LSR setups, or Mold Technician Level One training
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and follow preventive maintenance practices
High School Diploma or GED
Able to communicate effectively in English

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
