Record Center Specialist
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Location: St. Louis MO
Position Overview We are seeking Records Center Associates to assist with daily operations at a document storage warehouse. This role involves retrieving stored records, preparing customer orders, organizing inventory, and handling boxed materials. The position requires working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
Primary Responsibilities
Retrieve and pull boxes or files based on order requests
Prepare, stage, and organize orders for shipment or transfer
Stack cartons onto pallets and prepare them for movement within the facility
Relocate boxes within the warehouse using carts or pallet jacks as needed
Maintain organization of inventory and storage locations
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 75 lbs
Workplace Requirements Steel-toe shoes are required while working in the warehouse Associates must have a cell phone available for communication during the shift Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential The facility is not climate controlled, so associates are encouraged to bring water bottles
