We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hand Soldering Technician to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and consistent performance. You will work hands-on to assemble components, perform rework, and ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include soldering and rework, safety and maintenance, assembly and production, and documentation and workflow.
Qualifications include the ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions, mechanical aptitude, comfort working with hand tools and production equipment, and hands-on experience with SMT and thru-hole soldering.
