Production Associate

Blender Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Blender Operator to join a growing food manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately mixing and batching raw materials used in the production of high-quality dairy products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions precisely, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities

Mix and batch raw materials according to production formulas and schedules.
Accurately measure ingredients using recipes, templates, and written instructions.
Fill materials and restock ingredients as needed to support production flow.
Operate blending and batching equipment safely and efficiently.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to meet food safety standards.
Monitor materials and report any quality or equipment issues.
Required Skills & Experience

12 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Previous mixing, blending, or batching experience preferred.
Strong math skills and comfort using a calculator.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to safely lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
Additional Qualifications

Experience with food manufacturing, batching, or machine operation is a plus.
Forklift experience preferred (not required).
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

Clean, organized food processing and packaging facility.
Rotating 12-hour schedule:

3 shifts one week (36 hours)
4 shifts the following week (48 hours)

Flexibility required to accommodate the rotating schedule.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elma, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr.
