Production Supervisor
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within a CNC machining environment. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, supporting CNC programming and machining processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily CNC machining operations
Lead and support machinists and operators to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives
Oversee CNC Lathe manufacturing processes, setups, and troubleshooting
Support CNC programming using G & M Code and Mastercam
Address machining and production issues to minimize downtime
Enforce safety policies and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Work cross-functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of experience programming CNC machines using G & M Code
Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
CNC Lathe production experience
Demonstrated knowledge of machining and machine shop operations
Associate's Degree or higher required
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships
