Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Full-time | Hourly Non-Exempt | Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
What You'll Do
Lead daily overwrap production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
Train, mentor, and coach production employees to support performance and growth.
Partner with management to execute department goals and operational initiatives.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor schedules, staffing, and productivity to minimize downtime and waste.
Maintain production documentation and communicate shift handoffs.
Enforce safety, security, housekeeping, and quality standards.
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in manufacturing or printing environments with leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of overwrap equipment, production processes, and quality standards.
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems.
