Production Operations Support
We are looking for candidates to help support the day-to-day production operations in Union City. These openings will focus on hands-on mechanical assembly, quality checks, and maintaining consistent production flow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble components according to work instructions, blueprints, and order forms
Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards
Use hand tools, torque tools, gauges, and basic measuring equipment during assembly
Operate production equipment
Package, label, and prepare finished components for shipment or next-stage processing.
Maintain accurate production records, counts, and documentation
Skills Needed:
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, but not a necessity
Ability to read, write, and communicate with team members effectively
Basic math skills
Need to be able to stand, walk around, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Pay/Shift:
$16-19/HR
Multiple shifts available

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
