Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance* Analyze process data, identify variations, and implement sustainable solutions using sound engineering principles* Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize production performance* Support capital projects, process upgrades, and operational trials from concept through implementation* Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence in daily activities**What Are We Looking For*** Strong technical capability in process engineering, operations optimization, and data-driven problem solving* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable recommendations* Demonstrated competency in continuous improvement methodologies and process control concepts* Effective collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders* Commitment to safety, reliability, and sustainable manufacturing practices**Work Environment**This position is based in an industrial cement manufacturing facility. The role combines office-based analysis with significant hands-on involvement in plant operations.* Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures in both indoor and outdoor settings.* Physical activity, including climbing into and inspecting equipment, which may involve tight or confined spaces.* Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety in a heavy industrial environment.* Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic production setting.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary ($77,180 - $102,900) and participation in our annual incentive plan* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
