Job Description
Sets up machine, run machines, light trouble shooting. Perform quality tests and adjusts accordingly
Reads job order, blueprints, and/or control charts for product and job specifications
Selects, installs and adjusts specified tooling and sets speeds and feed rates while ensuring quality of product
Performs routine lubrication and preventative maintenance inspections as required
Observes all safety rules, advise management / co-workers about potential safety issues
Assists line to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished cable, scrap, or reusable inventory
Maintains a neat, safe and well-organized work area
Quality control, measurement and reporting quality deviations
Working shift work on either a five or seven day rotation
Support team members as needed to reinforce culture of teamwork
Other duties as required to meet business objectives
May flex to other production lines
