As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 2nd Shift, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents throughout the evening. You will assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive personal care and assistance to residents throughout the evening shifts.
Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
Document care provided and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of residents' living areas and assist in maintaining a pleasant environment.
Respond promptly to residents' needs and requests, providing compassionate and respectful care.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the care planning process.
Following facility policies and procedures while adapting to any changes in resident care plans.
