Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting residents with evening hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort
Preparing residents for bed and nighttime routines
Monitoring and reporting resident conditions
Documenting care accurately and consistently
Ensuring a peaceful, clean, and dignified environment
Answering call lights promptly and compassionately
Supporting a positive and respectful team culture
What We're Looking For:
Valid CNA Certification in Illinois
CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to help others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to perform required duties
Must pass background checks and meet healthcare employment requirements
