HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community with multiple levels of care from long term care to skilled nursing to independent living. This PTA will work with a diverse population, addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments to residents in a supportive environment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
