Responsibilities
Your Role:
As the Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the training for production employees and coordinating with the supervising team members to ensure the achievement of goals, and that the work environment is safe. The Training Supervisor will document all training of current and new employees in the company systems. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Train and develop our employees.
Evaluate trainee progress and qualification status.
Work with HR, EHS, Quality, Production, Process Management, Materials Management, and Machine Operators to develop training programs, SOPs, and training schedules.
Influence our critical quality initiatives.
Ultimately, the Training Supervisor will manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to training to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining safety and quality. Qualifications
We need you to have:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience with an emphasis on training.
Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities.
Problem-solving experience using 5S, Kaizen, TPM, or Wishbone.
Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.
Icing on the cake:
BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with SAP and Kronos.
Experience in a Union environment.
