Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, allowing you to engage with guests and provide top-notch service. Interpersonal and active listening abilities will help you connect with visitors, ensuring their concerns and needs are met with care. Strong attention to detail is crucial for managing front desk activities efficiently, from cash handling and billing to reservation management.
Proficiency with property management systems like Opera, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, will empower you to juggle various tasks effectively. Experience in customer service, particularly in complaint resolution, is a must, along with knowledge of the hospitality industry. Being bilingual is a plus and will further enhance your ability to connect with our diverse guests!
