Branch Supervisor Floater
The Branch Supervisor Floater will be responsible for supporting the floating team daily while providing supervision, guidance and support as needed, including facilitating operations at branches without on-site management. The Branch Supervisor Floater also manages the floater schedule to optimize cost efficiency for the Credit Union while ensuring the operations needs of all branches are met. This position will float between branch locations to perform a variety of duties as needed, supporting branch operations, staff coverage, and member service. A Day in the Life of a Branch Supervisor FLOATER INCLUDES:
Partner with the Branch Manager Floater to set staff expectations, track performance, and ensure team collaboration and accountability in a manner that meets or exceeds all sales and production.
Float between multiple branch locations as assigned, providing staffing coverage and operational support based on business needs.
Assist with scheduling adequate staff to ensure efficient branch operations for all branches.
Provide guidance, support, and leadership to floaters and branch employees, maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff, while maintaining effective employee relations.
Performs duties of all branch employees as necessary to support branch operations, including member experience transactions, taking loan applications, booking loans, and opening accounts.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Branch Supervisor FLOATER Skills and qualifications includes:
3 years of financial institution experience to include a combination of teller and/or contact center duties with 1 year of lending or loan processing experience.
Must have a strong background in sales.
Must be eligible to be licensed to sell all necessary insurance products.
A high school education or GED.
Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and member service skills.
Thorough knowledge of established branch procedures, policies, and practices.
