Full-Time | Starting at $22+/hr (DOE)
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're hiring a Pouching Line Operator to join our team and help keep production running smoothly and efficiently. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying busythis could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
Set up, operate, and monitor pouching/packaging machines
Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and keep equipment running
Move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
Keep your work area clean and organized (GMP standards)
Track production and complete basic documentation
What We're Looking For:
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
Ability to work on your feet and lift as needed
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
Bilingual is a plus, (not required)
