We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions.
Responsibilities
Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing care plans for patients
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Conduct therapy sessions in various settings such as clinics, medical imaging departments, home health, and acute care facilities
Experience
Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
Familiarity with occupational health practices
Ability to provide compassionate patient care
Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous
