About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the financial management of its real estate development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating project proformas and business plans, overseeing the accounting department, and obtaining various types of bank financing, including A&D, production, and takeout loans. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with reporting and maintaining relationships with equity investment partners, as well as ensuring the accuracy of current corporate cash flow reports and other financial statements.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, particularly in the real estate sector. The CFO will also be involved in tracking and maintaining administrative budgets, so experience in budget management is essential. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in financial leadership, with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree or CPA is preferred. The role demands a high level of integrity, transparency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
